Vintage 60s black fringe cocktail dress based off the iconic Pierre Cardin car wash dress, with fringe overlay on top of a fitted skirt. It has a low back, with a metal zipper for closure. There are small cord belt loops but it is missing a belt (the loops could be cut off if desired).
